I have always been very allergic to Poison oak and Ivy. I have so many childhood memories of my eyes swelling shut and having miserable weeks as my body fought it off.
What works for Poison Ivy
There have been quite a few things that I have learned to keep on hand. I am going to link everything below and explain how I use it and how effective it is. Some may work better for you than others. I use all these methods often.

I use this when I take a shower. This is an old timer remedy that you will hear of people from older generations use. It dries out your skin and removes the oil. I’ve found this works best when you catch it early on. I have stopped a lot of out breaks by catching it early with this stuff.
Please use caution when using this! It is recommended that you use a carrier oil with this. I have a different product below that I would use for kids. Oregano essential oil is VERY powerful. Do not put this anywhere your eyes. It can sting pretty badly as well if you get a potent batch. This is what I go to when I need the problem fixed ASAP. It really goes in and kills it.
This is a less concentrated version of what’s above. I use this on my kids if I need to get them support for a bit of poison oak that they got. Make sure to not let them touch it. I typically put a bandaid over it so it doesn’t rub anywhere else. I have also used this same product to get rid of my sons ear infection, read about that here!

This is the product I have used the longest. My mom got this for me when I was little and I still use it today. This one feels the best because the paste is grainy and you get to rub it for two minutes. Believe it or not, it really helps take away the itch!
I hope those products help you! A bonus tip is to use an ice pack with a paper towel over it to cool your body down. I always do this for temporary relief and to help stop the spread of the poison oak/ivy.
