Hot Spiced Apple Cider

Hot Spiced Apple Cider

I’m a really big Apple Cider fan. I love the bursting flavor that sends you into memory lane. All of the Fall memories come back. Now, I’m making Apple Cider bring back those winter memories with my Hot Spiced Apple Cider Recipe. This would also be good to use in my Hot Toddy Recipe, just replace apple juice with the recipe below!

There’s nothing quite like walking into a home that’s had spices mulling on the stovetop in the afternoon. It warms up the home and makes it smell amazing, without even lighting a candle. What I’m particularly excited about this year is the fact that I’m using my own homemade Apple Juice that I canned myself! This will be the first time using my own juice, but I have a feeling I will be hooked. I already love the way the juice tastes. It is so much better than from the store.

Other Apple Recipes To Try:

I like to think of this as something my great grandma would drink in winter. Now that I’m a mom, there are a lot of questions about food I wish I would have asked while I had the chance. Looking through old stuff of my grandparents is so fun for me to see how they lived. It was a much simpler time, but the food was whole and the world seemed to go a little slower back then.
