As I get older, I’m wanting to start really taking care of my skin. I have to admit, skincare is not my forte. However, figuring out how to make something at home with organic ingredients that works better than store bought is. Over the last year I have started doing castor oil packs from time to time and have loved the benefits of it. The more I learned about Castor Oil I realized that I needed to be using it in more areas of my life.
What is Castor Oil?
Castor oil is obtained from the castor bean and is a light pale yellow color. The Castor bean is native to Africa but can grow in tropical and semi tropical areas. It has been used for a variety of reasons throughout history.

As you can see from above castor oil has such a wide variety of benefits, and those are not all of them!
This face serum is not something that will happen overnight, continual use is your friend to see the benefits! I have seen a big reduction in fine lines so there’s no stopping for me now! I use 4 oz dropper bottles to make this and I love how compact they are compared to wide and round skin cream containers.
