Having a well stocked pantry is something I have become proud of. Making mixes from scratch and having them on hand has been an incredible shift in my kitchen. I feel so much more prepared for a last minute treat or dip to add to a dinner. Not to mention – not running to the store last minute! I can’t tell you how many times I would start to make a cake and I was out of something as simple as baking powder (which I now know you can make easily at home)

My pantry now feels more cozy and at home. Less plastic, more glass jars. Less ingredients, same nostalgic flavor. Everything from baking mixes to seasonings – my pantry is ready for it all.

Why Make Pantry Mixes at Home?

👉🏻These food funnels come in handy when making pantry mixes!

Making pantry mixes at home gives you the control. Control of how many ingredients, sugar levels, no additives etc. The benefits are incredible for the small amount of time it will take to put these mixes together.

Another benefit- these mixes save money. At the store you pay for convenience. Even if you think it’s cheap there, it’s almost a go sure thing that it will be even cheaper made at home 👀

Making these mixes and seeing what you have made everyday in your pantry is rewarding. When you stock your pantry with mixes that you made it becomes more than a pantry. It becomes an extension of you. Your family and children will always remember the meals and all the memories siting around the dinner table eating what you created. It is all possible with some simple ingredients and a whole lot of love.
