Do you have a type of gluten free flour that you would recommend?
We are gluten free/ dairy free (fun free) in this house so trying to find a recipe that works with a different kind of flour can be a challenge. I love LOVE waffles and haven’t made them in ages.
I know the gluten free life all too well! I was gluten free for over 10 years, have since been able to introduce wheat products as long as they are organic now. That being said – I would recommend Pamelas Products Pancake/Waffle Mix I used that a ton when I was gluten free. I’m not sure if you can get that in your local store so I linked it. Bobs Red Mill also has a good 1 to 1 ratio of flour that I used for so many different things.
Making this for the kids this weekend 🙂
They are going to love this with cinnamon and whipped cream.
I love that idea, sounds delicious! 😋
Wow! This seems so simple. Thanks!
We love mixes that use pantry staples like this! Such a great thing to have on hand for those weekend mornings when you’re really craving waffles.
They come in so handy!
Looking forward to trying this! My kids are so picky so I’m willing to try anything once! Thanks for sharing!
