Ways to Use Chicken Bouillon Mix

Chicken Bouillon Mix is great in a lot of different things, especially soups! We also use this in our Spanish rice recipe as well. If you buy it from the store, you are getting a lot of extra preservatives and additives to keep it on the shelf for a long time. If you make it at home, you don’t need those!

Try sprinkling it on oven roasted potatoes or using it as a dry rub for some BBQ Chicken.

I’ve found with making it myself I also use the chicken bouillon mix more. I’m aware of the extra ingredients from store bought, so in the past I tended to use it sparingly. Now that I know I have made a cleaner version, I use it much more. It has helped the flavors in our house so much!

Other Pantry Mixes to Try:

  • Ranch
  • Onion Soup Mix
  • Leek Soup Mix

I make this in a nutribullet to blend it up into a fine powder. I feel like it works better than a big blender in this specific case. If you don’t have one, you can also try an immersion blender. I have not tried this so I do not know how effective it is but it should work just fine.
