Around the time I was in college my dad started eating a square of Dark Chocolate everyday. It started out as 55% then it went up to 60 then 72% and I think he’s in the 80th percentile now the stronger the percentage, the more benefits you get.

I remember it back then, and it was so bitter at the 55% Americans are so use to sugar and how sweet chocolate taste in all of our candies in our sweets that we don’t ever really taste true chocolate. Slowly, he would tell me the reasons of why he was taking it and what he had found out about chocolate and the benefits that you could get from it. My journey with Dark Chocolate

With a more open mind, it didn’t taste half that it almost tasted like semi sweet chocolate chips that you would put in a chocolate chip cookie. Now, I’m not perfect. I’ll go months without having any of the benefits of dark chocolate but then I’ll get on a health kick and I’ll remember how important it is and put it back in my diet. The things I love most is that if you’re really trying to be healthy in your, craving for some sort of dessert one square of dark chocolate will satisfy that craving. I know it sounds crazy and you might not believe me, but it works for me. So you might wanna try.

About a year ago, I was struggling with my iron levels. I was really fatigued and wasn’t in my diet wasn’t high enough. One of the things that I did was in a square of dark chocolate, sometimes two squares, depending on how it was feeling. Dark chocolate is actually very high iron, which is a crazy benefit for something to satisfy craving.
