Add egg to your mason jar, immersion blend for 10 seconds on low.
Increase speed to high and slowly pour in your one cup of oil, moving immersion blender up and down. Should take 20-30 seconds to thicken.
Chop up anchovies (3-5 per your taste)
Add mustard, Worcester Sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice and anchovies into mason jar.
Immersion blend until all mixed together.
