Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz Can Quartered artichokes
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • Cups Fresh Grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Finely minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Drain artichokes and chop finely.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayo and sour cream until combined.
  • Add in artichokes, garlic and 1 cup of cheese until well mixed.
  • Add the last 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browning on top.
