Classic Artichoke Dip

- 14 oz Can Quartered artichokes
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1½ Cups Fresh Grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- 2 Cloves Garlic Finely minced
Preheat oven to 350℉
Drain artichokes and chop finely.
Mix cream cheese, mayo and sour cream until combined.
Add in artichokes, garlic and 1 cup of cheese until well mixed.
Add the last 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browning on top.
