- 2 Lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Lb Sausage
- 2 Whole Carrots
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Whole Garlic Cloves
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Cup Sourdough Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
- 2 Tsp Mustard Powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 350℉
Mix together the ground beef and sausage. Set aside.
In your food processor add your carrots, onion and garlic and process until everything is finely chopped. Add to your meat mixture and mix.
Add egg, sourdough bread crumbs and the rest of the ingredients and mix really well.
Place into your loaf pan and bake for roughly 1½ Hours. I always start checking at an hour, you want the top a nice golden brown.
