  • 1 Loaf Pan
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Lb Sausage
  • 2 Whole Carrots
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 2 Whole Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Cup Sourdough Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉
  • Mix together the ground beef and sausage. Set aside.
  • In your food processor add your carrots, onion and garlic and process until everything is finely chopped. Add to your meat mixture and mix.
  • Add egg, sourdough bread crumbs and the rest of the ingredients and mix really well.
  • Place into your loaf pan and bake for roughly 1½ Hours. I always start checking at an hour, you want the top a nice golden brown.
