To Make into Soup

To replace 1 can of condensed cream soup:
In a saucepan whisk: ⅓ cup dry mix and 1 ¼ cups cold water/
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 3–5 minutes).
Cream of Mushroom
Add:
- ¼ cup finely chopped sautéed mushrooms (when cooking)
Cream of Celery
Add:
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sautéed celery
Cream of Chicken
Use your homemade chicken bouillon + add a splash of milk for extra richness.
