For Dry Mix

  • Add all ingredients to your jar and mix.

To Make into Soup

  • *See notes below for Chicken, Mushroom and Celery Variations.*
  • To replace 1 can of condensed cream soup:
  • In a saucepan whisk: ⅓ cup dry mix and 1 ¼ cups cold water/
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 3–5 minutes).

Notes

Cream of Mushroom

Add:
  • ¼ cup finely chopped sautéed mushrooms (when cooking)

Cream of Celery

Add:
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped sautéed celery

Cream of Chicken

Use your homemade chicken bouillon + add a splash of milk for extra richness.
