20-30PiecesEnds of Sourdough bread(Leave out to dry for a day or two to harden or increase cook time to roughly 45 minutes depending on state of bread)
Leave bread out to harden roughly 1-2 days. If you need them right away, you can just increase your cook time and eliminate waiting for the bread to dry out.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all bread ends on a baking sheet.
Cook 20-30 minutes checking often so they do not burn.
Take out when they are all brittle and cooked, place in food processor.
Pulverize until they come to a fine crumb or to your liking.
Place in glass jar you are going to store them in and add seasonings and stir.
