DIY Sourdough Bread Crumbs

An easy way to make your own sourdough bread crumbs!

Ingredients
  

  • 20-30 Pieces Ends of Sourdough bread (Leave out to dry for a day or two to harden or increase cook time to roughly 45 minutes depending on state of bread)
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Italian Seasoning (Or any other seasoning you like)

Instructions
 

  • Leave bread out to harden roughly 1-2 days. If you need them right away, you can just increase your cook time and eliminate waiting for the bread to dry out.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place all bread ends on a baking sheet.
  • Cook 20-30 minutes checking often so they do not burn.
  • Take out when they are all brittle and cooked, place in food processor.
  • Pulverize until they come to a fine crumb or to your liking.
  • Place in glass jar you are going to store them in and add seasonings and stir.
