Ingredients

  • 140 Grams Sourdough Starter
  • 600 Grams Water
  • 1000 Grams Organic Flour
  • 2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Butter (For buttering loaf pan and tops of the bread.)

Instructions

  • In Kitchen Aid bowl mix sourdough starter, water and salt together.
  • Then, add in flour and place in Kitchen Aid.
  • Using your dough hook, mix on a low speed for 5-7 minutes (I have done it for less and it turned out just fine.)
  • Place a towel or plastic wrap over it over night and let rest.
  • Once risen, pour onto a lightly floured silicone mat. Kneed until just mixed together. (About 30 Seconds)
  • Divde dough in half, use your food scale if you want it exact.
  • Shape into your loaves and place into a lightly buttered loaf pan. Let rest for 1-2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Brush with butter to soften tops.
