- 140 Grams Sourdough Starter
- 600 Grams Water
- 1000 Grams Organic Flour
- 2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tbsp Butter (For buttering loaf pan and tops of the bread.)
In Kitchen Aid bowl mix sourdough starter, water and salt together.
Then, add in flour and place in Kitchen Aid.
Using your dough hook, mix on a low speed for 5-7 minutes (I have done it for less and it turned out just fine.)
Place a towel or plastic wrap over it over night and let rest.
Once risen, pour onto a lightly floured silicone mat. Kneed until just mixed together. (About 30 Seconds)
Divde dough in half, use your food scale if you want it exact.
Shape into your loaves and place into a lightly buttered loaf pan. Let rest for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with butter to soften tops.
