  • Peel and dice the horseradish, and onion. Thinly slice the ginger, jalapeño and lemons. You can leave in the seeds of the jalapeños for extra heat but I normally take them out. Peel and thinly slice the turmeric. 
  • Add those ingredients to your mason jar then add your cinnamon stick, herbs, garlic and apple cider vinegar to cover. Place in a cool dark place for 30 days. Shake daily. 
     
  • When your month is up, use a colander with a strainer or a cheese cloth strain into a large bowl.  Then add honey. You are ready to go! Take a shot daily to boost your immune system. 

Notes

*please note I did use all organic ingredients. It is most beneficial this way.
