Add Flour and then the eggs in the middle.
Use a fork to mix the eggs, once incorporated use your hands to kneed.
Separate a piece off and roll until you have a long smooth line.
Use a knife to cut 1 inch portions.
Using a fork, take one piece and slowly roll it down to create ridges.
Cook in boiling water for roughly 3 minutes.
