Place softened butter into mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar and mix slowly for 20 secs.
Add Vanilla Extract and mix.
Slowly add in milk until desired thickness. Do this slowly, you may not need all 4 ounces. I typically use 2-3 ounces depending on how thick or thin I want it.
Whip an extra 5 minutes on high to make the frosting extra white!
