  • Juice Pineapple, put aside.
  • Peel ginger and turmeric. Roughly chop.
  • Add coconut water, ginger and tumeric to a blender. Blend until emulsified .
  • Strain into your condiment container. Add pineapple juice, lemon and cayenne pepper.
  • Place cap on and shake to mix. All done!

Notes

This recipe makes more pineapple juice than needed. I've found it's easier just to juice the whole pineapple once you've started instead of stressing about how much juice is coming out.  Enjoy the extra drink you get out of it!
