- 12 Whole Jalapeños
- 1 8 oz. Block of Cream Cheese
- 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
- 1/2 Lb Bacon
Slice the tops of Jalapeños and slice down the middle longwise.
Scoop out seeds of Jalapeños.
Mix together cream cheese, garlic powder, pepper jack and shredded parmesan and fill the jalapeño halves.
Slice the bacon to the size of the jalapeños. This will vary on each one so I typically have lots of different sizes.
Place a strip of bacon on each one of the jalapeños.
Place in baking dish or throw away tray and place on the BBQ for 35-45 Minutes. (It takes the same amount of time in the oven if you are choosing to do it that way.)
Check them often to make sure they don't burn and pull them out when they are done!
