This Maple Cinnamon Granola recipe is so simple yet packed with flavor. Add it to yogurt, pour it in a cup with milk or even top vanilla ice cream with it!

Preheat oven to 350℉
Add oats, nuts and cinnamon to your bowl, mix to combine.
Bring coconut oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla and salt to a boil to combine and remove from heat.
Mix all ingredients in your mixing bowl until completely combined.
Whip your 3 egg whites to stiff peaks with a mixer then fold into your mixture.
On your baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread out your granola.
Take a spatula and press it down.
Place in oven for 25-30 minutes. Occasionally take out and mix it up to make sure all of the sides get nice and golden brown.
