Materials
- 1 cup distilled water
- ½ cup witch hazel helps oils disperse + adds effectiveness
- 20 drops eucalyptus essential oil top tick deterrent
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
- 10 drops cedarwood essential oil
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil optional, boosts repelling power
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a glass spray bottle (essential oils can degrade plastic).
- Shake well before every use.
- Spray on:
- Shoes & socks
- Pant legs
- Around waistline
- Gear (backpacks, blankets)
