Brown ground beef and sausage (around 10 minutes) remove from heat and strain.
Next food process or finely chop carrots and onions.
Sauté carrots and onion until translucent, then add in the garlic. Cook for one more minute.
Add meat back in and mix.
Now add in your cans of tomato sauce and herbs, salt and pepper.
Let simmer for 20-30 minutes. (Or as long as you like.) And enjoy over any dish!
