  • Brown ground beef and sausage (around 10 minutes) remove from heat and strain.
  • Next food process or finely chop carrots and onions.
  • Sauté carrots and onion until translucent, then add in the garlic. Cook for one more minute.
  • Add meat back in and mix.
  • Now add in your cans of tomato sauce and herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Let simmer for 20-30 minutes. (Or as long as you like.) And enjoy over any dish!
