Place on sheet pans and toast until starting to turn lightly golden. Roughly 30 minutes.
While the bread is toasting, food process onions, celery. Add to pan with oil and sauté for 5 minutes until translucent. Add in finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Mix broth, milk, eggs and herbs in a separate bow.
Put the bread into a large mixing bowl.
Add in the broth mixture and your onion mixture and let sit for at least 10 minutes. I usually do about 30 minutes.
Bake at 350℉ for 20 minutes covered.
Uncover and bake for another 30-35 minutes. I usually check on it at this point and if it needs it I will pour a little extra broth on top. Enjoy!
