Cinnamon Roll Dough
Mix starter, milk, eggs, vanilla and sugar together in Kitchen Aid Mixer until it is all combined together.
Then, add in flour, butter and salt. Using dough hook mix for 5 minutes.
Cover with plastic wrap and let double. (I leave mine overnight and it usually is about 8-10 hours.)
*OPTIONAL* Once doubled, put in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to chill. This helps with rolling.
Place dough onto floured surface and roll into a rectangle.
Mix together all ingredients for filling.
Spread filling completely over the whole surface of the rolled out dough. This will take some time.
Roll into a log.
Cut into 2 Inch sections. You should end up with 12 pieces.
Place in your buttered 9x13 pan and let rise, 1-2 hours.
Bake at 350℉ for roughly 30 minutes.
Mix together Frosting and apply after they have cooled, slightly. (Or as your serving them if you wish.)
