Sourdough French Toast

Mixing Bowl (I use a pasta bowl because it is wide and flat at the bottom.)
Mix eggs, milk and half of the cinnamon sugar in your bowl.
Heat pan with butter on medium heat.
Dip a piece of sourdough bread and let it saturate with your batter.
Place in pan let it get golden brown on one side, then flip and repeat. (Approximately 2 minutes total, this can vary.)
Repeat with all pieces.
