  • Mix eggs, milk and half of the cinnamon sugar in your bowl.
  • Heat pan with butter on medium heat.
  • Dip a piece of sourdough bread and let it saturate with your batter.
  • Place in pan let it get golden brown on one side, then flip and repeat. (Approximately 2 minutes total, this can vary.)
  • Repeat with all pieces.
