To Make Dough:

  • Combine all ingredients until a ball forms. If dough is too dry, add a little water.
  • Cover and let rest 30 minutes.
  • Lightly flour your silicone mat and turn dough out onto it. Kneed for about 5 minutes until it's not sticky.
  • Place in bowl and cover. Let rise 3-4 hours (or overnight in the fridge).

To Make Pizzas

  • Once risen, take out of bowl and divide into halves or thirds depending on the size of your baking sheet or stone.
  • Stretch dough into desired shape and thickness and place on preheated stone.
  • Top with desired toppings.
  • Bake at 500℉ for 9-11 minutes until the crust is brown and center is all the way cooked.
