To Make Dough:
Combine all ingredients until a ball forms. If dough is too dry, add a little water.
Cover and let rest 30 minutes.
Lightly flour your silicone mat and turn dough out onto it. Kneed for about 5 minutes until it's not sticky.
Place in bowl and cover. Let rise 3-4 hours (or overnight in the fridge).
To Make Pizzas
Once risen, take out of bowl and divide into halves or thirds depending on the size of your baking sheet or stone.
Stretch dough into desired shape and thickness and place on preheated stone.
Top with desired toppings.
Bake at 500℉ for 9-11 minutes until the crust is brown and center is all the way cooked.
