Turn Slow Cooker on Low. If you have a digital one, set it for 8 hours.
Chop Vegetables, garlic and place in slow cooker.
Pour in Bone Broth (or any broth that you are using.)
Mix thyme, salt, pepper, and onion powder together.
***Optional: Grab a pinch and sprinkle over what is in the slow cooker.
Use the rest to season the meat.
Place meat on top of the Vegetables and add the rosemary directly on top.
Let cook for 8 hours then serve as is or add it to a creamy polenta.
