  • Turn Slow Cooker on Low. If you have a digital one, set it for 8 hours.
  • Chop Vegetables, garlic and place in slow cooker.
  • Pour in Bone Broth (or any broth that you are using.)
  • Mix thyme, salt, pepper, and onion powder together.
  • ***Optional: Grab a pinch and sprinkle over what is in the slow cooker.
  • Use the rest to season the meat.
  • Place meat on top of the Vegetables and add the rosemary directly on top.
  • Let cook for 8 hours then serve as is or add it to a creamy polenta.
