Water Bath Canning Cranberry Juice

- 10½ Cups Cranberries (I use 1 ¾ Cups per quart)
- 3 Cups Organic Sugar (I use ½ Cup per Quart, you can raise or lower this.)
- 6 Quarts Hot Water
Sterilize jars and lids.
Using food funnel, measure out cranberries 1¾ cups per jar.
Add sugar, ½ cup per jar. (You can do more or less)
Fill with hot (not boiling) water. Wipe rims clean and add lids.
Place in water bath canner at a rolling boil for 25 minutes.
Remove and leave untouched on the counter for 24 hours.
