Water Bath Canning Cranberry Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 10½ Cups Cranberries (I use 1 ¾ Cups per quart)
  • 3 Cups Organic Sugar (I use ½ Cup per Quart, you can raise or lower this.)
  • 6 Quarts Hot Water

Instructions
 

  • Sterilize jars and lids.
  • Using food funnel, measure out cranberries 1¾ cups per jar.
  • Add sugar, ½ cup per jar. (You can do more or less)
  • Fill with hot (not boiling) water. Wipe rims clean and add lids.
  • Place in water bath canner at a rolling boil for 25 minutes.
  • Remove and leave untouched on the counter for 24 hours.
