Growing up – I loved cereal and granola. The crunchy sweet flavors with the milk always just hit the spot. And unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve seen how bad all of these products on the shelves are for you with all their extra ingredients. Fun fact – I actually stopped eating cereal when I was 20. I figured out something was seriously wrong with it way back then I just didn’t understand why. It completely changed my health for the better and I never went back.
