Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese full-fat = best texture
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheese cheddar, gruyère, or mozzarella
- ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
- ½ Tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ Tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- Mix Ins (Sausage, bacon, veggies etc) Optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin (silicone works best)
- Add to blender: Eggs, cottage cheese, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
