It’s peach season and I’m here for it. Peach cobbler is a family favorite so they are excited as well. I love peach season because it also means … fall is coming! This recipe is easy to make and simple enough for kids to help and follow along as well.
My inspiration for these Mini Peach Cobblers.
If it’s about baking, it’s always my husband. His favorite dessert is either Ice Cream or Peach Cobbler. I wanted to find an easy way for him to take some instead of one big one that I had to continually scoop out of. These mini cobbler containers are perfect for this! A fifty pack might seem like a lot but I use them for other things too. Some of those things include individual chicken pot pie, Shepard’s pie, or even sauces.
This recipe is simple but amazing and it makes four pies.
